Private House - Jersey

Working in close partnership with Turnkey Construction Ltd in Jersey, we developed this stunning 4-bedroom house in the St Aubin area of the island, on a beautifully elevated site with fabulous views across the bay to St Helier. Following the contemporary style of architecture of the property, we created a modern interior, whilst making sure the space felt warm and homely for our client. Working closely with the developer early in the project, we were able to specify many of the internal finishes, and these became the foundation of the interior scheme. We designed lighting schemes and specified all the interior lighting to best suit the property.

It was important for us and the client that a crisp new build space still felt like a home, and the finished project has a relaxed and lived in feeling which we created by sourcing decorative objects from a number of independent makers and adding sumptuous fabrics to windows and textured rugs to frame spaces.

We handled the logistics of delivering a full house of furniture and fittings from the UK adhering to Jersey import regulations, working with an island based logistics company. We've completed a number of projects in the Chanel Islands so have an established network to support with this, taking any stress away for our client.
