Formally the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Dean Clarke House is a development of luxury serviced apartments in the heart of Southernhay. We were given the chance to work with Commercial Concepts, LHC Architects and Individual Interior Solutions to design the finishes throughout and also design and dress the show apartment.

The clients brief was to bring Mayfair to Exeter, they wanted the luxurious feel a buyer in London would expect which we achieved with rich textured wallpapers, wool carpets and real wood floors. Bathrooms had sculptured tiles, oversized showers and bespoke made vanity units. Bedrooms were dressed with deep buttoned headboards, piles of cushions and gorgeous accessories.

The result has been that the show flat was snapped up with all its furniture and fittings almost immediately and the majority of the apartments were sold before the build completed, a great compliment!
