Jez McDermott – Property Manager, Buckland Abbey Garden & Estate

“Cathryn delivered on every level of the brief. Somehow she has managed to give us 20% more covers whilst actually making it feel like there is more space not less. We have much greater flexibility in how we can use the space, with a configuration of tables now that enables us to serve many more people. The design fits the original brief perfectly; Cathryn was brave with her ideas and colours without being too controversial. The feedback we are getting from our visitors has been fantastic. We are all absolutely delighted with the outcome. Cathryn is very organised, and a great communicator. She creates an environment where you can feel comfortable to challenge any of her proposals and she is always very flexible in accommodating any changes to the brief as things develop. Cathryn embedded herself seamlessly into my team here, and is the sort of consultant that simply rolled up her sleeves and got stuck in. She’s lively and fun and I have would have no hesitation whatsoever in either using her again or recommending her.”
